Abstract: This study aimed to find out the extent of the contribution of organizational culture (organizational values, organizational beliefs, organizational norms, organizational expectations) in the development of knowledge sharing at the level of the Ziban Mills Corporation - Qantara - Biskra.It the questionnaire distributed to a random sample of 60 employees at Al-Ziban Mills Corporation in Al-Qantara, and a statistical analysis program was used to analyze the data and test the validity of the study hypotheses. The study concluded that there is a correlation and impact between the two dimensions of organizational culture "organizational values, organizational beliefs" and knowledge sharing at the level of the institution under study.
