Abstract: this study aimed to know the opinions and attitudes of the respondents in the Municipal people’s council of the municipality of largos- biskra, regarding the organizational climate and its impact on the development of the career path. In order to achieve the objectives of the research we used a data collection from wich was distributed to (40) employees, the spss programme was also used in the statistical analysis of the data, The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the existence of a statistically significant effect of the organizational climate on the development of the career path in all its dimensions in the institution under at the significance level (0.05), including an amount of (30.1%). The study also reached a set of suggestions, including: The need to create an environment for a positive organizational climate and provide opportunities for progress for all workers, as well as developing human resources policies, especially in the areas of promotion , transfer , training and motivation
