dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to highlight the role of human resource management practices in adopting lean management as a modern concept in work methods, which aims to improve and develop work and get rid of all traditional processes and methods that do not add value to the organization. Therefore, from the theoretical side of the study, human resource management practices represented in Employment, training, development, performance appraisal and motivation, as well as tools for applying lean management represented in: organizing the work site, continuous improvement, standard work, multifunctional workers, and Six Sigma, and trying to identify the essence of the relationship between human resource management practices and application tools of lean management. And to confirm this on the ground, the Directorate of Commerce of the wilaya of Biskra was chosen to drop the theoretical study and clarify the role on the ground, and to reach that Data were collected from the field Using the interview and questionnaire, a set of questions related to the two variables were asked, 50 questionnaires were distributed to the study sample, and 45 valid questionnaires were retrieved for analysis, then analyzed using the statistical program SPSS, where the study revealed a statistically significant role for human resource management practices and lean management by projecting The study on (work site organization, standard work, continuous improvement, multifunctional workers, and six sigma). And to reach a set of results and recommendations, the most important of which are: The Directorate of Commerce shows interest in adopting lean management tools, which have a role in developing and improving human resource management practices. | en_US |
