dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to know the level of application of knowledge management and internal marketing At the Great Mills Corporation of the South, Omash Biskra And highlighting the contribution of internal marketing in enhancing the knowledge management of employees in The Great Mills Corporation of the South, GM Sud, Oumache Biskra. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we distributed a questionnaire to collect data and support it with an interview, where 40 questionnaires were distributed, 37 questionnaires were retrieved, and after examination, two questionnaires were excluded. Through this study, we reached several results, the most important of which is the presence of internal marketing contribution in enhancing knowledge management in the Great Mills Corporation of the South GMSud, Omash Biskra. The following recommendations were put forward to the institution to pay more attention to the two dimensions of internal communication and customer orientation, and to increase attention to the dimensions of training, motivation, and empowermenten_US
