dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify the impact of information and communication technology in its dimensions (hardware, software, database, communication, networks, individuals) on knowledge management. Statistical analysis was done using the SPSS statistical program. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: Information and communication technology explains (42.5%) of knowledge management, with a correlation of (55.4%), and there is an effect for each of the dimensions of information and communication technology (programs, database, individuals) on knowledge management, and there is no effect For the dimensions of information and communication technology (physical devices, communications and networks) on knowledge management. The study concluded several suggestions, the most important of which are: Activating and expanding the uses of networks and making full use of themen_US
