dc.description.abstractThe study aimed to identify the role of organizational culture with its different patterns in achieving organizational similarity among employees in the state agency for urban real estate management and regulation of the state of Biskra, and the patterns of organizational culture (independent variable) were identified to include: bureaucratic culture, supportive culture, creative culture, while organizational similarity among employees (dependent variable) was measured through three dimensions: organizational loyalty, organizational affiliation, organizational similarity. The study relied on the descriptive approach in the theoretical side and on the analytical approach in the applied side to show and analyze the role of organizational culture in achieving organizational symmetry and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed for the purpose of data collection. The study population consisted of administrative individuals employed by the State Agency for Management and Urban Real Estate Organization of the state of Biskra - numbering (70) individuals, questionnaires were distributed to them, 40 questionnaires were retrieved valid for statistical analysis, and to analyze the data, a set of statistical methods were used based on the SPSS program. V20, the study reached several results, most notably that organizational culture in its various dimensions has a role in achieving organizational symmetry. The study reached several recommendations, the most important of which are: • Work to build a strong organizational culture that supports creativity and teamwork in order to achieve the goals that the institution seeks to reach. • The need to involve employees in setting goals and drawing up policies and future directions for the institution, which supports the recognition and appreciation of the employee, which increases his sense of belonging and loyalty to the institution. The research horizons of the study were: • The role of supportive organizational culture in enhancing organizational loyalty. • The role of organizational uniformity in achieving organizational effectiveness.en_US
