dc.description.abstractThis study aimed to highlight the role of competitive intelligence in achieving competitive advantage in Ooredoo Foundation, by collecting information from books and reports of the institution and competing institutions, as institutions at the present time are characterized by continuous change and great technological development, institutions were required in order to succeed and excel continuously using modern and advanced intelligence systems that provide them with accurate and timely information, so that they can predict the future and benefit from the past and present, and from this point of view many Organizations that seek leadership to rely on competitive intelligence as an effective tool that ensures their success, superiority and continuity in the competitive market. In the results of this study, we have found a role for competitive intelligence in achieving the competitive advantage of Ooredoo, and we found through analyzing the content of the annual reports that the dimensions of competitive intelligence also play a crucial and important role in achieving the competitive advantage of Ooredoo, and therefore requires Ooredoo to develop its competitive intelligence continuously because of its positive effects on strengthening its competitive position, and increasing its market share.en_US
