Abstract

This study aims to determine the role played by the subcontracting strategy in achieving the entrepreneurial orientation, in light of the rapid changes in the business environment as one of the most important strategies that the institution must adopt to maintain its leading position. To clarify the importance of this, a field study was carried out on the Cocedar Foundation - Al-Qanawat Branch - Biskra, where the questionnaire was relied upon as the main tool for collecting data and information from the study community. Due to the difficulty of accessing all the members of the community, a simple random sample of (40) individuals was taken. Where the questionnaire was distributed to them through several field visits, and (38) questionnaires valid for statistical analysis were retrieved. In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach. As for data analysis, several statistical methods were relied on, including: descriptive statistics measures, simple linear regression analysis ...etc. The study reached a number of results, most notably: The level of availability of the handling strategy in the institution under study was medium, while the level of entrepreneurial orientation was high. Also, there is a significant role for the handling strategy as a group in achieving the pioneering orientation of the Cosidar Corporation The study also concluded with several suggestions, including: Activating the role of the handling strategy on a large scale for the institutions, by relying on efficient handling institutions with material and human capabilities that make them pioneers in their field, and also achieve the pioneering orientation of the commanding institutions
