Abstract

The study aimed to identify the relationship of strategic intelligence as an independent variable with its dimensions (foresight, systems thinking, future vision and motivation) with strategic agility as a dependent variable in a group of economic institutions in the state of Biskra, represented in (Guedila mineral water, Elkantara mineral water, Tahraoui group the mineral water unit "manbaa elghouzlan"), where the quantitative method was relied upon, using the questionnaire as a tool for collecting information, which was distributed to a sample of (31 frames) from the institutions under study, and it was processed statistically using the statistical package program (Spss.V25). The study reached several results, the most important of which are: the existence of a strong and positive direct correlation between strategic intelligence in its dimensions and strategic agility in the institutions under study, and the presence of differences in the level of strategic intelligence and strategic agility between the institutions under study, where the mineral water unit "manbaa elghouzlan" was characterized by a high level of Strategic intelligence and strategic agility compared to the establishments of Guedila mineral water, Elkantara mineral water. Among the recommendations reached by the study is that the institutions under study should improve their ability to extrapolate the future by responding to changes in their environment, paying more attention to employees by encouraging them to create, innovate and listen to their ideas and suggestions
