Abstract

The study aimed to address the issue of "The Impact of Strategic Leadership on Achieving Competitiveness" and addressing it theoretically and practically, and deducing the importance and impact of the dimensions of strategic leadership (strategic direction, human capital, organizational oversight, ethical practices) on the competitiveness of the enterprise. Data and information, and its analysis by statistical packages in social sciences SPSS, and the size of the sample to which the study was applied was 45 out of 80 individuals in the Mitah Rabeh Foundation for Dates - Tolga - Biskra. High.هدفت الدراسة إلى تناول موضوع " أثر القيادة الاستراتيجية على تحقيق القدرة التنافسية" ومعالجته نظريا وتطبيقيا، واستنتاج مدى أهمية وأثر أبعاد القيادة الاستراتيجية )التوجيه الاستراتيجي، رأس المال البشري، الرقابة التنظيمة، الممارسا الأخلاقية( على القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسة، وقد تم إستخدام الاستبيان كوسيلة لجمع البيانا والمعلوما ، وتحليله بواسطة الحزم وكان حجم العينة التي تم تطبيق الدراسة عليها 54 فرد من أصل 08 في مؤسسة ، SPSS الاحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية ميطح رابح للتمور- ط ولقة- بسكرة، وقد أسفر على أهم نتائج وأثار إيجابية لأبعاد القيادة الاستراتيجية على القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسة وبنسب مرتفعة.
