Abstract: This study aimed to clarify the impact of strategic intelligence on achieving the dimensions of a high performance organization, by testing a model consisting of the independent variable represented in strategic intelligence with its dimensions (foreseeing, future vision, systems thinking, partnership), and the high performance organization with its dimensions (continuous improvement, openness and orientation effectiveness, management quality, workforce quality) as a dependent variable. To achieve this, the researcher designed a questionnaire that included "32" statements to collect primary information from a sample of "43" Individuals working at the Cilas Cement Corporation – Biskra-, and in light of this, data was collected and analyzed and hypotheses were tested using the statistical program "SPSS v.20", Many statistical methods were used to achieve the objectives of the study, which are provided by this program, including descriptive analysis measures (arithmetic mean, standard deviation), simple linear regression, analysis of variance for regression...etc. Accordingly, the study reached several results, most notably: the increase in the practice of strategic intelligence at Cilas Cement Corporation; This indicates the organization's interest in adopting its various dimensions on the ground, as the study showed the level of positive practice of the dimensions of the high performance organization in the institution under study, in addition to the presence of a significant impact of strategic intelligence with its dimensions adopted in the study model on achieving the dimensions of the high performance organization. In the end, We came up whith a set of proposals, the most important of which were: that the Cilas Foundation should pay attention to foresight and work on fragmenting it as a process that guarantees its access to the transformation into a high-performance organization, and it sIould support the partnership with the "Lafarge Holcim" Foundation through the exchange of knowledge and experience, and the promotion of the spirit of mutual teamwork To create a better presentation of its outputs, as well as ensuring the spread of a culture of openness and effective orientation by opening the door to discussion In front of many of Its members.
