dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study was to identify the researchers' perceptions regarding the level of talent management and strategic leadership at Biskra University, and to determine the nature of the relationship and impact between them. To achieve this, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to the study sample. The target population of the study consists of administrative professors at Biskra University, totaling 266 employees. A random sample of 65 employees was selected from this population, and the questionnaires were distributed to them through several field visits, resulting in 50 valid questionnaires for statistical analysis. The study relied on the descriptive method to address this research and reach the study results. Several statistical methods were used to analyze the data, including descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis, among others. The study reached several results, the most important of which are that the level of talent management at Biskra University was found to be average, while the level of strategic leadership was high. Furthermore, the study revealed a statistically significant impact of talent management in its various dimensions on the strategic leadership of Biskra University. The study concluded with a number of suggestions, including giving opportunities to individuals with personal talents to apply their creativity in order to achieve strategic leadership, working on using incentive and reward systems to strengthen organizational commitment, and providing technology for talented individuals to increase opportunities for innovation within and outside the organization.en_US
