Abstract

This study aimed to highlight the impact of strategic intelligence in realizing strategic flexibility. A model consisting of the independent variable represented in strategic intelligence was tested in its dimensions (foresight, future vision, systems thinking, motivation), and strategic flexibility in its dimensions (productive flexibility, market flexibility, flexibility Expansion, flexibility of human capital) as the dependent variable. To test the impact, a questionnaire has been designed and distributed to a sample consisting of "32" executives working at the Petro Baraka Foundation, Sidi Ghazal - Biskra -, in addition to using interview as a tool for data collection. Data was collected and analyzed and hypotheses were tested through the statistical program "SPSS". .23", in addition to many other statistical methods including descriptive analysis measures (arithmetic mean, standard deviation), linear regression, analysis of variance for regression...etc . The study demonstrated that the company uses strategic intelligence well, and there is a positive effect between adopting the concept of strategic intelligence, and the extent to which strategic flexibility is achieved, due to the two dimensions of foresight and systems thinking. At the end, we state some suggestions to be applied in the studied company, mainly; the need to work on adopting the dimensions of strategic intelligence as a whole in order to reach goals faster .
