Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the role of strategic orientation, with its combined dimensions (strategic vision, mission, values, and strategic objectives), in achieving competitive responsiveness with its separate dimensions (speed, stability, and effectiveness) in Banque de l'Agriculture et du Développement Rural (BADR) agency located in Biskra. A questionnaire was used as the primary tool for collecting data on the study variables, which was distributed to a sample of 40 employees. After analyzing the data using the statistical analysis software SPSS and testing the validity of the hypotheses, the study found that the level of strategic orientation and competitive responsiveness dimensions in BADR agency in Biskra was high, where the level of each of the competitive responsiveness dimensions (speed, stability, and effectiveness) was high. The study also found a strong positive correlation between speed and strategic orientation, stability and strategic orientation, as well as a strong negative correlation between effectiveness and strategic orientation. Based on the study findings, a set of recommendations related to the subject matter were presented to Banque de l'Agriculture et du Développement Rural (BADR) agency in Biskra
