Abstract: This study aimed to identify the impact of the quality of work life on job burnout, a case study of the hospital institution specialized in obstetrics, gynecology and pediatrics, Qarqab Ammar bin Amrous "Biskra", the study population consisted of administrative staff / nurses / nursing assistants and doctors in the hospital institution Biskra State - and we distributed questionnaires to all of them through several field visits, where we relied on the descriptive approach in addressing this research to reach the results of the study, and to analyze the data several statistical methods provided by the Spss program were used, including: measures of descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis ....etc The study reached several results, the most important of which are: Availability of the following dimensions of quality of work life: (wages and rewards, balance between personal and professional life, occupational health and safety, social responsibility) in the institution under study, with a generally low degree, as the arithmetic mean of the paragraphs of the dimensions related to The quality of work life with an arithmetic mean equal to 2.339, with an effect at the significance level (0.01) of the social responsibility dimension on job burnout among the respondents, in addition to the presence of a medium correlation between the two variables, as the social responsibility dimension explains 13% of the change in the level of Job burnout, as whenever the level of social responsibility improves by one unit, this will reduce the level of job burnout by (0.361). It is noted that the relationship is inverse between the two variables.
