Abstract: This study examined the topic of knowledge management and its impact on enhancing competitive advantage in the Ziban Milling Company in El Kantara - Biskra. The study targeted a random sample of 40 managers. The research employed a descriptive and exploratory approach, and data was collected through a questionnaire that included four dimensions of knowledge management: knowledge identification and generation, knowledge storage, knowledge dissemination, and knowledge application. The dimensions of competitive advantage were related to quality, cost, delivery time, and innovation. Statistical methods were used to analyze the data using SPSS V22 software. The main findings of the study were as follows: There is a statistically significant impact of knowledge management on enhancing competitive advantage overall. Additionally, there is a statistically significant impact of knowledge management on enhancing competitive advantage based on quality, cost, and innovation perspectives
