Abstract: The study aimed to identify the impact of efficiency management on the economic competitiveness of the enterprise, using the main stages and areas of efficiency management in terms of its dimensions, represented by: attracting and hiring competencies, developing, evaluating, maintaining; as for the competitiveness of the enterprise, it was studied through four dimensions: quality, productivity, flexibility and cost. To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was designed as the main research tool and was distributed to a random sample of 33 facilitators. The descriptive curriculum was also adopted based on the deductive default method as well as the statistical package of the program for Social Sciences) to analyze the data obtained. The most important results were the following: There is a statistically significant impact of competency management in the competitiveness of the AL-ziban Mills establishment in Al-Qantara-Biskra. There is a statistically significant impact of all dimensions of competency management adopted in the competitiveness of Al-ziban Mills Organization in Al-Qantara-Biskra
