Abstract: | This study aimed to clarify the role of the internal growth strategy in improving the performance of the economic enterprise, as its role is measured by the availability of requirements that explain the institution's application of this strategy through (the internal development of the enterprise, growth in the enterprise's life cycle, the use of its internal resources) and its impact on improving the performance of Enterprise. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was used, which included (51 items) for the purpose of collecting primary information from the study sample, which numbered 40 individuals. In light of that, we analyzed the data and tested the hypotheses using (Spss). Through this study, we reached a number of results, the most important of which is the acceptance of the main hypothesis. Which stipulates the existence of a role for the internal growth strategy in improving the performance of the institution, and that its basic requirements have an impact on improving the performance of the institution for the Amory Foundation |
