Abstract: The present research aims to know the role of the strategic analysis of the system for the management of human resources in order to achieve quality assurance at the University of Algeria, Batna. Knowledge of an influential role to analyse the weaknesses of the human resources management system in achieving quality assurance at the University of Algeria University of Batna 1 models s human resources management system in achieving quality assurance at the University of Algeria, University of Batna, 1 model; In addition to identifying an influential role in analysing threats to the human resources management system in achieving quality assurance at the University of Algeria, University of Batna, 1 model and trying to identify the reality of the strategic analysis of the human resources management system at the University of Algeria, Batna-1 model The research was conducted on a sample of 1 Battna University professors. (210) Professor, selected by occasional method from the total number reached 1137 Professor at the University of Batna 1. In order to achieve the study's objectives, the correlative descriptive curriculum was used. To measure variables, a questionnaire was built, including two parts: A part on the strategic analysis of the human resources management system and a part on quality assurance. Research data were processed using the statistical packaging programme ("spss"). A number of statistical methods were used to verify hypotheses and the research reached the following results: - There is an influential role to analyse the strengths of the human resources management system in achieving quality assurance at the University of Algeria, University of Batna, 1 model - There is an influential role to analyse the weaknesses of the human resources management system in achieving quality assurance at the University of Algeria, University of Batna, 1 model - There is an influential role to analyse the opportunities of the human resources management system in achieving quality assurance at the University of Algeria University of Batna 1 model - There is an influential role to analyse threats to the human resources management system in achieving quality assurance at the University of Algeria, University of Batna, 1 model
