Abstract: This study aimed to measure the quality of life among Algerian university students. It also sought to determine if there is a variance between the three scale axes (Psychological cognitive, Social, and General health), and to identify differences between students according to variables that are : gender, residence in University City, academic level, and affiliated university. Data were obtained from 310. quality of life scale was applied, designed by the researcher, and the descriptive method was employed. The results showed that:  The students had a high level of Quality of Life.  There were no statistically significant differences in Quality of Life means across the three factors (Psychological cognitive, Social, and General health).  The students had a moderate level of Quality of Life on the General health factor.  There were no statistically significant differences between male and female students in the Quality of Life level and its (first, second) factors (Psychological cognitive and Social). However, there were differences between male and female students in the third factor related to General health, in favor of males.  There were no statistically significant differences between resident and non-resident students in University City in the Quality of Life level and its three factors (Psychological cognitive, Social, and General health).  There were no statistically significant differences between students in the Quality of Life level and its three factors (Psychological cognitive, Social, and General health) according to academic levels.  There were no statistically significant differences between students in the Quality of Life level and its first and third factors (Psychological cognitive and General health) according to the affiliated university. However, there were differences between students in the second factor (Social)
