Abstract: The present study aims at knowing the role of administrative empowerment in realizing organizational loyalty for administrators working in Guedila association of mineral water by emphasizing the importance of the two variables for associations. Thus, the variables were divided into a set of forms where administrative empowerment was measured through the following principles (training, work teams, participation in decision-making, authority delegation (power delegation), and incentives), whereas the organizational loyalty was split into (emotional loyalty, standard/normative loyalty, and continuous loyalty). The study was applied using a survey on the research population consisting of 66 participants. A set of tools were utilized to gather data on the field work in which observation was used as a supporting instrument, while a questionnaire was employed as a main one. As analyzing data through the quantitative and qualitative methods, the following results were revealed:  The administrative empowerment contributes to realizing the organizational loyalty;  Training leads to realizing organizational loyalty in its forms (emotional, standard/normative, and continuous);  Work teams assist the realization of organizational loyalty in its forms (emotional, standard/normative); however, they do not contribute to realizing continuous loyalty;  Participation in decision-making helps realizing organizational loyalty in its forms (emotional, standard/normative) , but it does not realize the continuous loyalty;  Authority delegation/power delegation supports the realization of standard/normative loyalty rather than emotional and continuous loyalty;  Incentives lead to realizing organizational loyalty in its all forms (emotional, standard/normative and continuous).
