آليات مواجهة جرائم الصفقات العموميـــة في التشريــــــع الجزائــــــري

Abstract

The huge amount of money spent to run projects and transactions in all their forms makes them the subject of spoilers by committing related crimes. In order to counter them, the Algerian legislature has introduced an arsenal of legal texts and mechanisms that help to put an end to them. The effectiveness of preventive mechanisms to detect offences involving public transactions and of repressive and deterrent mechanisms to deal with them is also clarified. Algeria has also witnessed serious efforts to deal with offences involving public transactions, mainly through the creation of new specialized regulatory bodies such as the Supreme Authority for Transparency, Prevention and Control of Corruption, as well as special investigative techniques, but also through the creation of judicial bodies such as the Penal Poles, which deal with such crimes. In view of the emergence of new and emerging forms, new and sophisticated methods have been adopted that pose a security threat to the national economy. The Algerian legislature has introduced an economic and financial penal pole to deal with the most serious and complex of these crimes
