dc.description.abstractThis study aims to attempt to determine the effectiveness of electronic management in the context of crisis management by addressing the following problem: What is the level of effectiveness of electronic management in the context of crisis management in the headquarters of the state of Biskra as a model? This inquiry has led to a set of hypotheses, as follows:  The effectiveness of electronic management in crisis management lies in the decision-making process.  The effectiveness of electronic management in crisis management lies in facilitating the communication process.  The effectiveness of electronic management in crisis management lies in enhancing the adaptation of employees.  The effectiveness of electronic management in crisis management lies in organizational flexibility. The scope of the study was carried out at the headquarters of the state of Biskra as a model. As for the human domain, it was represented by the employees working at the headquarters of the state, numbering 288 distributed among various administrative branches. We surveyed all individuals in the research community, relying on the survey method. Communication with the respondents was established by distributing a questionnaire form, using a Likert scale. After collecting the questionnaires, the quantitative data were presented in various tables and charts. After analysis and discussion, we arrived at the following results:  It appears that electronic management is effective in expediting the decision-making process during crises, thereby improving response and minimizing damage.  The data indicate that electronic management significantly facilitates communication during crises, enhancing coordination between departments and facilitating the rapid and efficient exchange of information.  Electronic management helps enhance employees' ability to adapt to crises, thereby enhancing organizational flexibility and enabling it to deal with sudden changes.  It is evident that electronic management is effective in promoting organizational flexibility, allowing the organization to adapt its  plans and respond quickly to challengesen_US
