dc.description.abstract | The study came under the title of children's use of modern media technology and its implications for their culture, and this enabled us to ask the following main question: How does the use of modern media technology affect the culture of the child? And emerged from this main question specific to the problem sub-questions. Sub-questions: - What are the pull factors that contribute to children's interest in using modern media technology? - How does the widespread use of modern media technology contribute to the development of the child's culture at the educational and educational level? - How does the widespread use of modern media technology contribute to the development of the child's culture at the social and consumer levels? Based on the foregoing, the hypotheses were formulated as follows: General hypothesis The use of modern media technology by children has a strong impact on the development of their culture. Sub-hypotheses The first sub-hypothesis Attractive factors contribute to the widespread use of modern media technology by children. The second sub-hypothesis - Children's extensive use of modern media technology contributes to the development of the child's culture at the educational and educational level. The third sub-hypothesis: - Children's extensive use of modern media technology contributes to the development of the child's culture on the social and consumer level. The study used the descriptive analytical method by selecting an intentional sample of 150 families on which the field study was carried out, using the questionnaire technique containing 42 questions distributed over four axes. The study reached a set of results: - The study found that one of the factors that attract and attract children and their desire to use modern media technology, television and the Internet, is due to the diversity of its contents and contents, as well as the multiplicity of services it provides, access to information, self-entertainment, communication and acquaintance between different countries of the world with sound and image and presenting the new in various fields, and this is what reached the hypothesis. - The study concluded that modern media technology contributes to the development of the child’s culture at the educational and educational level, as television can provide different knowledge and information in a framework of pleasure through its various programs, which contribute to the development of the child’s mental abilities by supporting his linguistic balance and expanding his experiences around the world However, television is no longer the first medium for the Algerian child. Rather, the Internet is competing with him in that, as it is a source of information and ideas, as it contains a huge knowledge product that includes many books, encyclopedias and language dictionaries in pdf format that help the child perform his homework. The use of the Internet contributes to the acquisition of new (foreign) languages, the hypothesis is realized. - The study concluded that modern media technology contributes to the development of the child’s culture at the social and consumer level, as it allowed him to form a group of friends and comrades in a virtual way for the purpose of chatting and acquaintance, which allows him to get to know friends from different cultures, which had an impact on the emergence of new behaviors related to the content of the media. The media, which appears strongly in consumption patterns, the way of dressing and eating...etc, the hypothesis, has been realized. Finally, we reached an important conclusion, which is that modern media technology is an important source of building a child's personality, but if it is used properly | en_US |
