Abstract: Title of the Study: Physical Education activities and their Impact on the Emotional Balance of Secondary School Girls aged 15-18. Study Objectives: ➢ Investigating the impact of educational physical activity on the emotional balance of high school girls. ➢ Determining the role of physical education and sports in achieving emotional balance among high school girls. ➢ Highlighting the importance of practicing educational physical activity in achieving emotional balance. Study Purpose: ➢ Presenting scientific findings that support the importance of practicing educational physical activity in promoting mental health for high school girls. ➢ Providing recommendations to educational institutions to promote the practice of educational physical activity among high school girls. ➢ Raising awareness among parents about the importance of practicing educational physical activity for their daughters' psychological health. Sample: 60 female students, selected randomly: 30 practicing physical activities , 30 with no physical activities , representing 11.53%. Instrument Used: Data collection form in addition to the Emotional Balance Scale set by Ahlam Naeem Abdullah Samour. Key Findings: Significant differences were found regarding the emotional balance between those who practice sport and those with no physical training or activity, with a remarkable positive impact on those who engage in physical activities. Key Suggestions: 1. Giving more importance to physical education in secondary schools. 2. Organizing more attractive physical education programs and activities for secondary school girls. 3. Providing the appropriate infrastructure to practice sport in secondary schools. 4. Training educational staff in physical education methods and techniques. Key Recommendations: 1. The necessity of conducting further studies on the impact of practicing educational physical activity on other psychological and social variables. 2. Strengthening cooperation between educational and sports institutions to develop school physical education programs. 3. Conducting comparative studies across different age groups to understand the impact of practicing educational physical activity. 4. Prioritizing qualitative (how) studies to explore the experiences of practicing and non-practicing girls
