Abstract: The try is conducted simultaneously on six doses of gypsum (G1, G2, G3, G4, G5, G6) and two doses of organic matter (M1,M2), allowed us to highlight the effect of the gypsum in the presence of organic matter on a few key parameters ofsoiland the biomass of wheat (Triticumturgidum l.). The pH values are inversely proportional to the increasing values of the doses of gypsum. This relationship induces a net evolution of the electrical conductivity of the soil; he would result from it a tendency to the insolubilisation of the phosphorus in soils, with the exception for the 20% dose, she seems to participate in the improvement of the content in comparable phosphor. The increase in the rate of gypsum in the soil causes a decrease in the phosphor content of the plant and corresponds to the stage of the regression of the plant available phosphor reserves. One of the consequences is the decline inefficiencyof dry matter compared with the G1 dose. The organic matter content of comparable phosphor increased and the rate of dry matter in wheat. Nevertheless, this organic matter, during biodegradation, it releases the organic acids that are responsible for the reduction of the pH of the soil
