Abstract

Changement into egovernment is too important in administration reforms notions ; which means giving up with traditional forms of public service but to virtual alternative in light of digital era. According to " contact but don't move" citation ;e-government is simply the ability of central or local governmental administration to run electronically the whole of dealings.In fact , it's to be in three (03 ) ways; from government to government , from government to citizen or from government to businessmen .It aims as much as possible to make transparency, accountability, questionability and responsiveness which set up good local governance bases .
