تطوير نظم المعلومات في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر

Abstract

الملخص: لتطوير نظم المعلومات أهمية بالغة بالنسبة للمؤسسات التي تريد إلى جانب البقاء تحقيق التميز والريادة. لذلك جاء هذا البحث ليتناول موضوع تطوير نظم المعلومات و يؤكد على ضرورته بالنسبة للمؤسسات الاقتصادية، كما تناول مشروع تطوير نظم المعلومات، وعوائق الاستثمار في تكنولوجيا المعلومات وعوامل نجاحه. بالإضافة إلى دراسة حالة مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر بحكم أنها تنتمي إلى أهم القطاعات مساهمة في الدخل القومي الجزائري، وباعتبارها عينة من المؤسسات الجزائرية التي قامت بتطوير نظم معلوماتها .وانتهى البحث بنتائج حول واقع تطوير نظم المعلومات في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية.

Le résumé:

Le développement des systèmes d'information possède une importance profonde pour les entreprises qui veulent assurer leur existence et leur leadership. Pour cela cette recherche est abordée afin de traiter le sujet du développement des systèmes d'information, son importance pour les entreprises économiques, et les critères de succès et les inconvénients de l’investissement dans la technologie de l’information. En outre, le cas d'Algérie Telecom sera également étudié, car cette entreprise appartient aux secteurs importants qui contribuent au revenu national et étant considérée comme un échantillon des entreprises algériennes ayant montré le développent de leur systèmes d'information. Cette recherche est clôturée par des résultats de la réalité du développement des systèmes d'information dans l’entreprise économique algérienne.

Abstract : The development of information systems possess a big importance for the companies which want to insure their existence and their leadership. For that, this research is approached to treat the subject of the development of information systems, its importance for the economic company, and the success criteria and the inconveniences of the investment in the information technology. Besides, the case of Algeria Telecom will be also studied because this company belongs to the important sectors which contribute to the national income and being considered as a sample of the Algerian companies having shown the development of them information systems. This research is ended by results of the reality of the development of information systems in the Algerian economic company.
