Abstract: Under the new agricultural policy for a better development of Algerian agriculture to achieve food security. Including apricot fruit arboriculture has known a certain scale, marked by an extension of the fruit plantations in different areas pedoclimatic some differ from the traditional areas of culture. The apricot (Prunus armeniaca l.) species imbued with good behaviour in these situations and to give very encouraging results, especially in arid and semi arid. They differ from multiple factors among other mineral nutrition. This contribution is part of an assessment of the mineral nutrition of three varieties of apricot during the year 2005/06 and 2006/07 for a single variety, grown in a dry zone (Doucen, w. Biskra Algeria). This nutritional characterization is based mostly on the physicochemical analysis of soil and leaves. In General, the results of analyses compared to established standards indicate nutritions nitrogen, calcium and magnesium balanced and potassium food is satisfactory. This absolutely requires a periodic review to decline any risk of deficiency these elements. For the case of phosphorus, it marks low proportions in the level of the leaves, translated by a poor diet of trees.
