Abstract

ملخص: تعد المعلومات اليوم في ظل التغيرات التكنولوجية المتطورة أساس الإدارة الحديثة، وف ي ضوء هذه التطورات أصبحت المنظمات تهتم أكث ر بالموارد المعرفية، إذ تعتبر المعرفة من أهم الموارد التي يجب حيازتها، لاسيما بعد الانتقال من الاقتصاد المادي إلى اقتصاد المعرفة، وذلك من خلال خزنها وتطبيقها ومشاركتها الآخرين، وبالاستعانة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال لجعلها سهلة التشارك، في خطوة للمساهمة في قيام عمليات إدارة المعرفة،  دعم هذا البحث بدراسة ميدانية في "مؤسسة ميناء عناب ة"، كشفت على البنية التكنولوجية المتمثلة في شبكة الإنترانت، وعلى واقع إدارة المعرفة بها، كما خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج كانت أساس لتقديم بعض التوصيات للمؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية.Abstract: The information within the current trend of technological change are the basis of modern management. In light of these developments, organizations have become increasingly interested in cognitive resources, knowledge is taken for a resource of great importance and must be acquired especially after the transition of the material economy to a knowledge economy, through storage and application and participation of others, to using information technology and communication to make it easy practice in a movement of knowledge management’s contribution. support for this research field study in the company "Port of Annaba," Revealed on the technology infrastructure represented on the intranet, and the reality of knowledge management, the study also concluded the results were the basis for some of the recommendations of economic institutions in Algeria
