Abstract

In this study we show the electronical gov as a notion ( concept)resulted from the change into digital era ,that s to spoken ,it gives a new form to gov nature , adding efficiency, transparency and faith .So , it leads to audience need responsiveness and facilitates the administrative organisations activities .Electronical government general Field contains: 1- services to citizens and agencies. 2- Inter-agencies services. 3- Intera-agencies services. But , thus electronical gov Faces applications hampers related to political and law sides in addition to technics weakness that delayed international views to apply electronical gov.
