Abstract

In this researchwe focusedonthe phenomena of modern organized crime and explained their properties and forms, and what distinguishes it from other crimes which are similar to it but do not fall within its scope. We have discussed the modern methods tofight it, and we came out that despite the efforts of local and international efforts to combat it, but it is still constantly increasing, so the international community must redouble its efforts to a whole variety of modern methods in order to reduce their spread.
