dc.description.abstractThis article tries to understand the new strategy adopted by the Algerian educational system as "the educational reform in Algeria", by the year 2003/2004, by Identifying the basic principles of teaching strategy with the introduction of competencies based approach .Where we started the article by the definition of this strategy and analyze the concept accurately and explain the main components , and then we dealt with the principles of the approach, the most important characteristics, objectives and link that with the elements of the educational process (student, teacher and curriculum).en_US
