dc.description.abstractIslam has taken care of humans, Allah has honoured the sons of Adam; and conferred on them special favours, above a great part of his Creation. Therefore Islam knew as the religion of social welfare, came to service Human and the sustainability of his kind. Allah wanted for human to continue their life with purity of faith and Work earnestly, a life that is good and pure through total social services that target the mind and soul, and directed to the individual and the community and society. This article explains features of the Islamic approach in social welfare, and the philosophy of this approach that makes it unique and distinguish from other approaches and Legal positivism.
