Abstract

The agro-food industry touches to the health and even to the survival of the mankind. At first look, observer sees it as a black box where it enters agricultural products in one side and it exits industrial products by other side. It is the moment when and where agriculture meets not only industry but services sector, too. Also we obtain the chain production (agriculture)-transformation (industry)-distribution (services).
