Abstract

عنوان الدراسة إنعكاس وظيفة الرقابة على إدارة المنشأة الرياضية تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح أهم القوانين التنظيمية و الإدارية لتسير المنشأة الرياضية و التعرف على الرقابة الإدارية و انعكاسها على المنشآت الرياضية و تفرض هذه الدراسة أن للرقابة إنعكاس ايجابي على إدارة النشآت الرياضية و قمنا بهذه الدراسة مع عشر موظفين إدارين من المركب المتعدد الرياضات لولاية بسكرة , كما أنه قد تم إختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية لتصميم النتائج و إيجاد فرص متكافئة للإجابة عن تساؤلات من المجتمع الأصلي و تمثل هذه العينة 70 بالمئة من مجموع الموظفين الإدارين للمركب المتعدد الرياضات و قد إعتمدنا في دراستنا على الإستبيان و قد توصلنا من خلال دراستنا إلى أن للرقابة علاقة إيجابية بأداء إدارة المنشآت الرياضية و على ضوء ما توصلنا إليه نقترح وضع إطار واضح و مرن يوضح عملية الرقابة داخل المنشآت الرياضية و اعتماد العملية الرقابية على الوسائل و التنولوجيات الحديثة من أجل المساهمة الفعالة في التقيم الجيد في الأداء و رفع مستوى الإنتاج داخل المؤسسة Study title The reflection of the control function on the management of the sports facility This study aims to clarify the most important organizational and administrative laws to manage the sport facility and identifying the administrative control and its reflection on sport facilities This study imposes that control has a positive impact on the management of sports facilities we conducted this study with ten employees two administrative from the multi sports complex for the wilaya of Biskra The sample was randomly selected to design the results and to create equal opportunities to answer the questions from the original community 70 percent of the total administrative staff of the multi-sports complex In our study we relied on the questionnaire through our study we have found that control has a positive relatioship to the performance of sports facilities management In the light of what we have reached we suggest developing a clear and flexible framework that clarifies the control process within sports facilities and the adoption of the control process on modern means and technology in order to contribute to the good evaluation of performance and raise the level of production within the institutions
