Abstract

In the first chapter, we dealt with the nature of international cooperation to confront which we touched upon the nature of cybercrime in order to cybercrime, during clarify its content and the most important types, as well as the most important areas of international cooperation in combating cybercrime by clarifying the urgent need for an international entity to take upon itself Carrying out the task of combating and coordinating between different countries, especially with regard to the exchange of information related to crime and criminals. As for the second chapter, we dealt with the difficulties facing international represented in the cooperation and how to eliminate them, as these difficulties are presence of challenges at the national and international levels. Then the conclusion included a set of conclusions and recommendations necessary to confront this type of newly created crime.
