Abstract

This study seeks to identify the contributions of the Algerian Library and Information Association in improving the job performance of library and information specialists, through a case study of the Algerian Library and Information Association. Their knowledge through forums, open days and activities carried out by the association, and the responses of the beneficiaries were studied through a questionnaire, in which they expressed their opinions and attitudes on this subject
