Abstract

Research and investigation tools: The questionnaire was used and applied to a sample of 65 individuals that were chosen in an intentional manner, represented by Master 1 and Master 2 students in audiovisual specialization at the University of Mohamed Kheidar Biskra, to obtain the following results: The most important of which was that females use the Tik Tok platform more than males. As for the age group, it is more used by 20-22 years, and it is the most category compared to others, and the duration of time they spend on the Tik Tok platform is an hour or more at night, motivated by funny Tik Tok videos to follow the application from In order to have fun, feel comfortable, relax, and get rid of boredom, we also find that the TikTok platform sometimes meets the students’ satisfactions without resorting to other sites – and they benefit positively from it by 60 percent, and from here we conclude that the TikTok platform is one of the students’ priorities in use and achieving the most used gratifications for them.
