Abstract: The study aimed to find out the impact of work pressures on job alienation in the Qudeila Mineral water –Jamoura- Biskra, in this way the questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data , as it was divided into two part ,the first section included personal and functional characteristics, and the second section included two axes, the first is represented by the independent variable ,work pressure its dimensions (workload , role conflict, role ambiguity ,job security ,material working conditions ), As for the axis the second was represented in function of job alienation , as it was distributed to a random sample of 63 employees, the Spss program was used to analyze test the hypotheses, and the study reached a number of results , the most important of which are :  The level of work pressures at the Qudeila Mineral wart corporation –Jamora- Biskra , was medium.  The level of sectarian alienation at the Qudeila Mineral wart corporation –Jamora- Biskra , was medium.  There is effect of work pressures on alienation in the Qudeila Mineral wart corporation –Jamora- Biskra.  There is effect of the sources of work stress (workload , role conflict, role ambiguity ,job security ,material working conditions )on job alienation in the Qudeila Mineral wart corporationc –Jamora- Biskra
