Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of strategic intelligence (with its dimensions: foresight, systems thinking, future vision, motivation) on the decision-making process. We relied on the questionnaire as a data collection tool. Where we distributed 35 questionnaires to the administrators of the Biskariya Cement Corporation, from which we retrieved 32 questionnaires. By analyzing the data obtained, we reached the following: - The existence of an impact of strategic intelligence on the decision-making process in the Biskariyah Cement Corporation - Biskra. - Strategic intelligence explains (51.3%) of the changes occurring in the decision-making process at the Biskariyah Cement Corporation - Biskra. - There is an impact of anticipation, systems thinking, future vision and motivation) in the decision-making process at the Biskariyah Cement Corporation - Biskra. - There is no effect of partnership on the decision-making process, therefore the institution has to enter into partnerships with national and foreign institutions in order to develop its knowledge and acquire new skills to reach the desired goals and achieve competitive advantages.
