Abstract: This study aimed to identify the reality of strategic intelligence in the Textile and Equipment Corporation - Biskra, as well as to identify the impact that strategic intelligence can have on improving the levels of organizational performance in the institution. For the purpose of completing the study, we selected a random sample. The study sample consisted of (38) individuals, 38% of the total approved study sample. The analytical descriptive approach was adopted in dealing with this research in order to reach the results of the study, and to analyze the data, several statistical methods were relied upon, including: Statistical measures Descriptive and regression analysis...etc The study reached several results, the most important of which is that all stability coefficients for the variables of the study and its various axes range between (0.816 for strategic intelligence as a whole and 0.889 for organizational performance as a whole), which are statistically very good values. It is a stability coefficient suitable for the purposes, the answers of the respondents to all of these dimensions of strategic intelligence, as a whole, were the general trend with high averages, which indicates the availability of these dimensions in the institution under study, and we concluded that there is a positive and strong correlation between each of the dimensions of strategic intelligence (thinking logically). systems, future vision, motivation) with the organizational performance variable, as it showed the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.05 between strategic intelligence and the variables (age, educational qualification, years of experience, current job field.) The most important recommendations came towards the need to develop an annual work program that depends on enhancing strategic intelligence and showing its different dimensions for its employees. The need for a clear position on the part of senior management to support the trend towards adopting strategic intelligence and providing material and moral incentives, in addition to focusing on relying on intelligence methods. The strategic process when selecting the human resources working in the institution, and this supports the sense of satisfaction and organizational loyalty among the employees and motivates them to give and work more, which achieves outstanding performance that contributes to the introduction of the Textile and Equipment Corporation TIFIB - Biskra, the world of leadership.
