Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of information security systems in achieving strategic vigilance at Algeria Telecom Corporation - Biskra branch - and to achieve the objectives of the study, we relied on the questionnaire as a main tool in collecting primary data, where the questionnaire was distributed to the employees of Algeria Telecom Corporation - Biskra -, whose number is 40 Employees, the statistical analysis of the data collected through the questionnaire was done depending on the SPSS statistical software. The study reached a set of results, the most important of which is the average level of strategic vigilance in the institution under study, as well as the high level of information security systems and the existence of a statistically significant role for information security systems in achieving strategic vigilance, as information systems explain (63%) of the changes in the level of achieving strategic vigilance. at the institution under study. The study summarized several suggestions, the most important of which are: - The institution should pay more attention to technological developments and scientific discoveries related to its activity. - The organization should pay more attention to information security systems and adopt them in all their dimensions
