Abstract

The study aimed to know the impact of total quality management in improving the competitveness of the biskra cable industry, where the descriptive and analyticl approach was used . The spss program was used to analyze the data extracted from the questionnaires based on the arithmetic means and standard deviation ، and the study concluded to many results، the most important of which are: the biskra cables industry corporation applies total quality management efficiently، and this has contributad positively to improving its competitiveness in terms of quality and cost، as the corporations interest is not limited to the quality of goods only، but rather to the quality of services and the quality of the all activites and operations with in the corporation to increase competitiveness at the local and global levels.
