Abstract: This work aims at the role of strategic management in achieving the competitive advantage in institutions, where we dealt with the concepts and the various processes that organize most aspects of strategic management, as well as competitive advantage and identify its types, sources and determinants in addition to its competitive strategies, and weal so projected the applied side on the Qudeilah Mineral Water Corporation Jamora - Biskra-, as a model for the study, using a questionnaire directed to employees It consists of (33) where the data were processed using the Spss program and relying on descriptive statistical methods. Where the results reached: - There is a statistically significant relationship between strategic management and competitive advantage in Qudeila Mineral Water Corporation. - There is a statistically significant relationship between strategic management and cost in Qudeila Mineral Water Corporation. - There is a statistically significant relationship between strategic management and quality in the Qudeilah Mineral Water Corporation. - There is a statistically significant relationship between strategic management and creativity in the Qudeilah Mineral Water Corporation. Therefore, the study recommends: 1) - Adopting the idea of applying strategic management because it is the path that defines directives for activities and operations. 2)-The need to achieve a competitive advantage in the organization, which enables it to survive, grow and continue in a highly competitive environment. 3) - Attention to qualified workers. 4) - The institution relies on quality standards to improve and develop the quality of its products and services to satisfy its customers. 5) - The institution is keen to apply appropriate mechanisms to encourage the knowledge creativity of officials.
