Abstract

This study aims to know the role of the strategic leadership in determining the strategic, direction of the Cable Industry ENICAB Biskra ، and knowing the level of interest in the exercise of strategic leadership and trying to investigate the most important features of the prevailing strategic direction in it ، in addition to identifying the nature of the relationship between the two variables strategic leadership and strategic direction ، where the dimensions of strategic leadership were represented in (guiding the strategic vision, developing human capital, preserving organizational culture), ، as for the dimensions of the strategic direction, it was represented in (vision, mission, goals) ، the study population is represented in the senior executives of the institution under study ، where the questionnaire was used as a means to collect the data of the study , finally ، the statistical package software (SPSS) was used to the the study concluded a set of results, the most prominent of which are: There is a statistically significant role for the strategic leadership in its dimensions on the strategic direction in the institution under study There is a statistically significant role for directing the strategic vision on the strategic direction in the institution under study There is a statistically significant role for the development of human capital on the strategic direction in the institution under study There is a statistically significant role to maintain the organizational culture on the strategic direction in the institution under study
