Abstract: The study aimed to learn the impact of decision support systems on strategic flexibility in their dimensions (human capital flexibility, market flexibility, productive flexibility, capacity flexibility and preventive flexibility) at BC-BISKRIA-. In order to drop the theoretical study and clarify the impact on the ground and to reach results, data from the field were collected using a questionnaire. It was distributed to the sample of the study (40) a distributed identification, from which (36) were retrieved. For the analysis of its data, the statistical programme used SPSS.V.25. A statistically significant impact of decision support systems on strategic flexibility at (0.05) levels applies to all dimensions of flexibility except after productive flexibility depending on the study's results. It also presented a number of proposals for the Foundation's frameworks, the most important of which are: the need to work towards the adoption of decision support systems and strategic flexibility in order to reach the goals faster, and the need to develop decision support systems in order to confront competitors in the sector.
