Abstract

This stady escisting relachionship between The elements of the natural environment and social customs food when nomads Oued Souf. So that stand out the most important elements of the geographical environment which intervend whit it and focused on the organisms of plants and animals as it was for rigid elements of the environment. And we aim to detect how did the Soufis nomad adapt whith the hard conditions in which they live? And what are the elements of the geographical environment used in the foods custom?, especially that they live far the urban places
