Talking about the use of social networks for communication between peoples, nations and cultures, whether similar or convergent remain in need of more attention and study, so that such technologies are newly, but it has a profound influence and applications emerge and evolve rapidly. So we should not miss the benefits of the great services its provide, and which has become beyond the roles and functions of many traditional institutions, but without losing sight of traditional institutions, where we find personal contact has an important role in traditional societies dominated by oral culture, personal and family ties, where spaces are available and wide within the community to employ this effective style of communication, such as media, awareness campaigns and others.
