Abstract

Administrative conflicts mediation needs an activiation because of its significant role in the resolution of the administrative of suffocation which administrative courts suffer from, for this reason, this research was put forward in order to investigate to what extent to is possible to expand the application of mediation in the administrative conflicts but also as a serious attempt to take off the ambiguity surrounding this subject and kind of conflicts.
